- Subject to no breakage and banking details provided by guest - a full refund will be processed 5 working days after check out.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation - within 24 hours of booking
- Forfeit 50% of deposit - less than 30 days prior to check in
- Forfeit 100% of deposit - less than 21 days prior to check in
- Forfeit full payment - less than 14 days prior to check in
- COVID-19 related cancellation : "bank your stay" for suited future dates within a 2 year period & subject to availability - seasonal rates will apply. No refund.
