- Full payment - if check in is less than 14 days.

- Balance payment - due no less than 14 days prior to check in.
- Breakage deposit (equal to 1 night’s stay) - due with balance payment.
- Subject to no breakage and banking details provided by guest - a full refund will be processed 5 working days after check out.
- Free cancellation - within 24 hours of booking.
- Forfeit 50% of deposit - less than 30 days prior to check in.
- Forfeit 100% of deposit - less than 21 days prior to check in.
- Forfeit full payment - less than 14 days prior to check in.
- COVID-19 Cancellation - "bank your stay" for new booking dates - season rate will apply, if the booking is affected due to COVID-19.
- Breakage deposit - full refund.
