The Beach House Villa has a high tech, silent generator to ensure full functionality and uninterrupted power supply during load shedding and power failures. It also has uncapped fibre, fast and secure WiFi and internet.
The Beach House Durban Villa has a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and an open plan living, dining and lounge area leading onto a large undercover terrace through glass sliding doors. A private, salt chlorinated pool is surrounded by a spacious wooden viewing & amenity deck that runs the entire width of the villa overlooking the ocean. This is the heart of all social activity and entertainment. .
The Beach House Durban Villa is self-catering and certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only.

- Full payment to be made immediately to secure the booking if the check in date is less than 30 days from the booking date.
- 50% Deposit payment to be made immediately to secure the booking if the check in date is more than 30 days from the booking date
- Balance payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
- The breakage deposit will be due & payable 5 days prior to check in date & refunded as per the Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- YOLO Spaces has a strict cancellation policy whereby the deposit and/or full payment made will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled at any stage.
